"Noise is the background of information, the material of that form." - Michel Serres

[threshold] as a game encourages users to play with noise, to make use of the detritus and meaninglessness that sit behind our everyday experiences.

[threshold] as an idea tries to re-contextualize noise away from error. The game understands background noise as the world before information is parsed, as the source code of the universe.
